Our goal is to spend 75% of our time in the field and 25% in the office. In addition, we can provide full property accounting services and community management (HOA). No minimum property or tenant count required.

Quality Assurance Property Inspections
We offer a variety of inspections for potential acquisitions, dark/vacant stores, vendor scope verification, pre/post weather events, technical inspections, ADA or liability prevention. Inspections can be scheduled and completed within two weeks. Contact us for pricing.
Project Management and Tenant Improvements
We manage all capital projects including roof replacements, lighting retrofits, asphalt overlays, painting, HVAC installs, ADA compliance, signage upgrades and tenant buildouts.
Large projects in small markets are our specialty!
Our project management fees include travel for preconstruction meetings, project progress updates and post construction inspections.
