Our attention to detail and sense of urgency allows us to give our customers peace of mind whether they are located close to the property or not. We pride ourselves on continuing to develop our national network of skilled and dedicated value-add vendors. These vendor relationships compliment the in-house self-performing staff to form a very effective hybrid model to complete any task.

Eric Richter joined the team after over 20 years at the REIT Phillips Edison & Company. His role as SVP of Property Management included all aspects of Property Management including CAM management, capital projects, vendor management, specialty leasing, sustainability initiatives/reporting and customer experience.

Dawn Stamper joined the team after successful stops at REITs Regency Centers, Phillips Edison & Company and affordable housing experts Pivotal Housing. Dawn has extensive experience in property management, budgeting/reforecasting, SAAS, customer experience and operations.

Tanner Richter co-founded the company in 2020 after graduating from University of Cincinnati. His vast network of qualified vendors guarantees that every project from a small repair to a major capital project are completed quickly, on budget and with the highest quality.

At EXFLEX Property Services, we offer hands-on Property Management, Facility Maintenance, Community Management and Project Management across the country. Our team has executed projects or is actively managing properties in the states highlighted above in GREEN. Our offices and personnel are strategically located in key markets to provide the best customer service, frequent property visits, close vendor management, tight controls on operating expenses, increase collection efforts and quickly respond to emergencies or weather events.
